1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

2 Eligibility

To register an account and use the sga338 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

3 Account Registration

3.1 — One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one (1) registered account on sga338. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different identities — constitutes a material breach of these Terms. All duplicate accounts and the primary account may be permanently suspended without notice, and any balance held across those accounts may be forfeited.

3.2 — Accuracy of Information

You are required to provide complete, accurate, and truthful registration information, including your full legal name, date of birth, valid Indonesian national ID number (NIK), a working email address, and a valid mobile telephone number registered in Indonesia. You must update your account information promptly if any details change.

3.3 — Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. sga338 will never request your password via email, live chat, or telephone. You must notify our support team immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account. sga338 will not be held liable for losses resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.

3.4 — KYC Verification

Prior to processing your first withdrawal request, and at any point at our reasonable discretion, we may require you to submit identity documents for KYC verification. Accepted documents include a valid Indonesian national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's licence (SIM), along with a utility bill or bank statement as proof of address dated within 90 days. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified deadline will result in suspension of withdrawal privileges until verification is satisfactorily completed.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 — Accepted Payment Methods

sga338 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals exclusively in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following channels:

4.3 — Withdrawal Conditions

All withdrawals must be directed to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as the sga338 account holder. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. sga338 reserves the right to request additional documentation before releasing funds exceeding Rp 50.000.000 in a single transaction or Rp 200.000.000 within any rolling 30-day period.

4.4 — Unclaimed Balances

Accounts with a positive balance that have been inactive for a continuous period of 12 months will be classified as dormant. sga338 reserves the right to charge an administrative maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 per month against dormant account balances. Members will be notified via their registered email address 30 days prior to dormancy fees commencing.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

5.1 — General Bonus Terms

All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by sga338 are subject to wagering requirements ("turnover requirements") stated at the time of each promotion. Unless a specific promotion page states otherwise, the following general conditions apply:

• Bonus funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated per promotion) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type: sports pre-match bets typically contribute 100%; live bets contribute 100%; slot games contribute 100%; live casino games contribute 10–20%; togel markets contribute 50%.
• sga338 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer at any time without prior notice, provided that existing bonus balances already credited are honoured under the terms applicable at the time of credit.
• Only one bonus may be active per account at any given time unless the promotion explicitly states otherwise.

5.2 — Bonus Abuse

sga338 employs automated and manual systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: syndicate betting, arbitrage betting designed to exploit promotional credits, placing opposing bets across multiple accounts to guarantee profit, and systematic low-risk wagering patterns clearly inconsistent with recreational gambling. Accounts found to be engaging in bonus abuse will have their bonus balance forfeited, and the account may be suspended or permanently terminated.

6 Betting Rules

6.1 — Acceptance of Bets

All bets on sga338 are accepted at our absolute discretion. A bet is only confirmed when the Platform displays an explicit confirmation message and a unique bet reference number. Bets placed during periods of system instability or immediately prior to a technical disruption may be voided at our discretion.

6.2 — Obvious Errors

If odds, prices, or payouts are clearly erroneous — including as a result of human error, data-feed malfunction, or system error — sga338 reserves the right to void any affected bets and refund stakes to the member's account. This applies regardless of whether the bet h as already been settled.

6.3 — Sports Betting

All sports bets are governed by the specific sport rules published on the Platform. For football markets — including BRI Liga 1 fixtures featuring Persija Jakarta, Persib Bandung, and Bali United, as well as EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, and Champions League matches — the following general rules apply:

• Match bets are settled on the result at the end of 90 minutes of regular play plus referee-added injury time, unless the market specifies otherwise.
• Mix parlay (accumulator) bets require all selections to win for the bet to pay out. A void selection reduces the accumulator by one leg.
• Voor bola (Asian handicap) markets are settled according to standard Asian handicap rules; half-win and half-loss outcomes are possible.
• If a match is abandoned before 90 minutes have elapsed, all bets on that match will be voided and stakes refunded unless at least 75% of play has been completed and a result is officially confirmed by the governing body.

6.4 — Live Betting

Live in-play betting markets are offered on selected events. sga338 reserves the right to suspend or remove live markets at any time without notice. Bets accepted prior to a suspension are valid unless the bet falls within the obvious-error provisions of clause 6.2.

6.5 — Togel Markets

Togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw results are sourced from officially recognised draw operators. In the event of a dispute over a draw result, the official result published by the relevant draw operator shall be conclusive.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the sga338 Platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension, balance forfeiture, and legal action where applicable:

• Registering or operating more than one account, whether under the same or a different identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to interact with the Platform, place bets, or exploit game mechanics.
• Engaging in arbitrage betting, matched betting, or any systematic wagering strategy designed to exploit bonus credits or guaranteed-profit scenarios.
• Colluding with other players, particularly in live poker or live dealer games, to gain an unfair advantage.
• Misrepresenting your identity, age, or country of residence during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargebacks on deposits, unauthorised use of payment credentials, or money laundering through the Platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or exploit any aspect of the Platform's software, games, or security systems.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing sga338 staff, agents, or other members through any communication channel.

8 Intellectual Property

All content on the sga338 Platform — including but not limited to the sga338 brand name, logo, website design, text, graphics, game interfaces, software, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of sga338 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of sga338.

9 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, sga338 shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from your failure to secure your account credentials.

sga338's total aggregate liability to any individual Member for any cause whatsoever shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Member in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

10 Privacy & Data
